VALENTINE’S DAY MENU

A Valentine’s cocktail on arrival is the perfect way to start off this special evening, followed by our three course Valentine’s Day Menu for you to share with your loved one.

APERITIF

A glass of Prosecco or Rosato Spumante NV & cheese biscuit

STARTERS

Oysters Rockerfeller

Gruyère & Emmental cheese fondue, ciabatta chunks for two to share

‘French café salad’ with endive, apple, walnuts and Roquefort cheese

Garden pea soup, smoked salmon, sour cream, chives

Braised oxtail ravioli with celeriac, sautéed spinach, oxtail jus

MAINS

Lemon sole, creamy Parmesan sauce, greens

Label Anglais chicken ‘porchetta’, mash, sprouting broccoli, poached carrot, chicken jus

Roast stuffed saddle of English lamb, gratin Dauphinois, French beans, rosemary jus

Ribeye steak au poivre*, creamy mash or French fries

Jerusalem artichoke risotto with goats cheese, parsley & peanut pesto

Lemon tart, raspberry sorbet

Poached pear, almond Florentine, Marsala cream
